PHILLIP WARREN, MANAGING DIRECTOR
GVS Managing Director, Phillip Warren is an expert valuer and skilled project manager with 30 years industry experience.
JEFFREY MILLAR, SENIOR VALUER
Jeffrey has over 35 years’ experience in valuations and has worked continuously in the commercial valuations space since qualifying in his native New Zealand in 1980.
Since that time, he has held a variety of valuer roles in NZ and Australia with government, insurance and commercial valuation and consultancy.
Jeffrey has extensive experience to offer GVS clients regarding financial reporting and insurance valuations and can advise on property investment, development and transactions.
JAMES CHAMBERLAIN, SENIOR VALUER
James (Jim) joined GVS in 2010 as a Senior Valuer after a long career as an auctioneer and valuer for most major sectors and industries. He was National Director Plant and Machinery Valuations and Auctioneering Services for 15 years of an international company responsible for auction sales throughout Australia & New Zealand.
James supports GVS clients with business advice on valuation goals and requirements as well as completing required valuations for insurance, book and sale purposes (such as fair value, market and auction realisable values).
PAUL DAY, SENIOR VALUER
Paul has gained 50 years’ experience in the property industry with expertise encompassing valuation, consultancy, as well as portfolio and asset management.
Over his career, Paul has earned extensive experience working in both the private and public sectors. Since joining GVS he has assisted our clients with a range of urban and rural valuation work, along with advice on compulsory acquisitions, property consultancy and statutory objections.
